Warranty

At FLX, we stand behind the quality of our products. All FLX products are backed by a 12-month (1 year) limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. WARRANTY COVERAGE FLX warrants that all products are free from manufacturing faults and defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a valid claim is approved, FLX will, at its discretion: - Repair the product - Replace the product If a repair or replacement is not available, store credit equal to the original purchase value will be issued. MAKING A CLAIM To submit a warranty claim, you must provide: - Proof of purchase (order number) - Clear photos and/or videos of the issue Claims without proof of purchase will not be processed. FLX reserves the right to assess all claims before approving a resolution. WHAT IS COVERED This warranty covers: - Manufacturing defects - Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use WHAT IS NOT COVERED This warranty does not cover: - General wear and tear - Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, fading, scuffs) - Damage from external impacts or accidents - Improper installation or handling - Misuse or incorrect use of the product - Improper maintenance or cleaning - Use of harsh or acid-based cleaning products - Modifications or alterations - Environmental damage (weather, road debris, etc.) PRODUCT CONDITIONS - Warranty applies only to the original purchaser - Warranty is non-transferable - Second-hand items are not covered THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS Products from other brands are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. FLX is not responsible for third-party warranty decisions. INSTALLATION Professional installation is strongly recommended. Damage caused by incorrect installation or third-party handling will void the warranty. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or store credit. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. IMPORTANT NOTES Claims must be made within the 12-month period Failure to follow proper use or care may void the warranty FLX reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions
