NSW Euro Number Plate Brackets & Mounting Solutions

NSW euro is 110mm, not 112mm. A New South Wales euro plate measures 520mm wide by 110mm high. Victoria and Queensland issue theirs 2mm taller at 112mm. It sounds like nothing until the plate sits loose in a mount cut for the wrong state, so check where your plate was issued rather than going off what the style is called.

Euro plates don't come pre-drilled. Unlike standard NSW plates, euro plates aren't supplied with mounting holes that line up to your car. Owners end up drilling into a plate they've just paid a style fee for, or falling back on double-sided tape. A correctly sized mount takes the decision away entirely.

Most NSW euro owners run two different sizes. A 520mm plate is too wide for a lot of front bumpers, so Transport for NSW allows one plate of the set to be restyled down to a 372 x 84mm slim front while the rear stays full euro. If that's your setup, you need a euro mount for the rear and a slim front mount for the front — two different brackets, not a matching pair.

Aluminium, not plastic. FLX euro mounts are CNC-lasered from high-grade aluminium and anodised black, cut to the exact plate dimensions so it sits flat with no flex or gap behind it. They fit your car's existing factory mounting points — nothing drilled into the plate, nothing drilled into the bumper — with black stainless hardware included.

520mm wide by 110mm high. Note that Victorian and Queensland euro plates are 112mm — 2mm taller — so a bracket sold for those states isn't automatically right for a NSW plate. Measure yours before ordering.
Common problem, and there's an official fix. Transport for NSW allows one plate of a euro set to be restyled to a 372 x 84mm slim front, so you keep the full 520mm euro on the rear where there's room. You'll need two different brackets for that setup.
No. Euro plates are supplied without mounting holes matched to your vehicle, which is why a bracket or frame is effectively required rather than optional. A properly sized mount means you never drill into the plate itself.
Not necessarily. VIC and QLD euro plates are 112mm high against NSW at 110mm. Some brackets are cut to accommodate both — check the listed compatibility rather than assuming a euro bracket is universal.
No. FLX euro mounts attach using your vehicle's existing factory mounting points, so there are no new holes in the panel. That keeps the bumper clean and protects resale value.
