NT Standard Number Plate Brackets & Mounting Solutions

372 x 134mm, front and rear. The standard Northern Territory plate is 372mm wide by 134mm high — the format most Territory-registered vehicles carry at both ends of the car.

Watch for the medium size. A 315 x 133mm format also exists in the NT range. It's a millimetre shorter and 57mm narrower than standard, which is easy to miss by eye and impossible to miss once the plate is sitting in the wrong mount. Measure the width, not just the height.

One format, plenty of series. The Territory issues a wide range of plate series — general issue, the Territory series with the southern cross, regional series carrying a local slogan in ochre, club series in red, and special purpose in orange. They look nothing like each other and they all share the same standard dimensions, so a single mount covers whichever you're running.

Aluminium, not plastic. Every FLX mount is CNC-lasered from high-grade aluminium and anodised black, cut to the exact NT standard dimensions so there's no play and nothing showing behind the plate. It fits your vehicle's existing factory mounting points and uses the holes already in the plate from manufacture — nothing new drilled into either. Black stainless hardware included.

FLX — Precision Built. Melbourne Made.
372mm wide by 134mm high — the full-size format run front and rear on most Territory-registered vehicles.
There's also a 315 x 133mm medium format in the NT range. It's only a millimetre shorter than standard but 57mm narrower, so measure the width before ordering rather than going by height alone.
Yes. The general issue, Territory series, regional, club and special purpose plates all share the same standard dimensions. The colours and artwork differ, the size doesn't.
NT standard is 372 x 134mm and slimline is 372 x 100mm — same width, 34mm apart in height. Check the product listing for which sizes are covered before ordering.
Not in most cases. FLX mounts use your vehicle's existing factory mounting points and the holes already in the plate from manufacture. Nothing gets drilled into either — which matters in the NT, where MVR retains ownership of the plates and they have to be returned when surrendered.
