WA Slimline Number Plate Brackets & Mounting Solutions

One size, not three. Western Australian slimline plates are 372mm wide by 100mm high — a single format used front and rear. Some states issue slimline in several widths depending on character count. WA doesn't, so if you're running slimline here, that's your measurement and both brackets are identical.

The only thing to confirm is slimline versus standard. Both are 372mm wide, so width tells you nothing. Standard is 134mm high, slimline is 100mm. Measure the height and you have your answer.

Check whether your plate is aluminium or acrylic. Transport WA issues optional plates in both materials depending on the style. Acrylic looks sharp but it's less forgiving — it flexes, and it can crack under point load from an over-tightened screw or a mount that doesn't support it evenly across the back. A flat, full-contact bracket matters more on acrylic than it does on aluminium.

Aluminium mounts, not plastic. FLX mounts are CNC-lasered from high-grade aluminium and anodised black, cut to the exact 372 x 100mm WA slimline size so the plate sits flat and fully supported with no flex behind it. They fit your car's existing factory mounting points — nothing drilled into the plate, nothing drilled into the bumper — with black stainless hardware included.

FLX — Precision Built. Melbourne Made.
372mm wide by 100mm high. Western Australia issues slimline in one size only, used front and rear, so both your brackets are the same.
Measure the height. WA slimline and standard plates are both 372mm wide — standard is 134mm high, slimline is 100mm. Width won't distinguish them.
Both, depending on the style. Transport WA issues optional plates in either material. If yours is acrylic, a mount that supports the plate flat across its full width matters more — acrylic can crack under point load from an over-tightened screw or an uneven mount.
One bracket holds one plate. Western Australia requires plates front and rear on cars, so most orders are two — and since WA slimline is a single size, they're two of the same.
No. FLX mounts use your vehicle's existing factory mounting points and the holes already in the plate from manufacture. Nothing gets drilled, which keeps the panel clean and your resale value intact.
