At FLX, we aim to process and dispatch all orders efficiently while maintaining strict quality control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days
In-stock items are usually dispatched same or next business day after processing
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
For items that are out of stock or backordered, dispatch timeframes may vary. FLX does not guarantee delivery dates for these items.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via third-party courier services
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
FLX is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
While we will assist in resolving shipping issues where possible, liability for delays, loss, or damage during transit lies with the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Customers must notify us prior to dispatch of any special shipping requirements.
Incorrect, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable may incur:
Additional shipping charges
A 20% restocking fee
Signature on Delivery
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Packaging & Quality Control
All orders are:

Inspected prior to dispatch for accuracy and quality assurance
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
You must inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier before signing
Notify us immediately upon receipt
All damage claims are handled through the shipping carrier.
Replacement items will be dispatched only after the claim has been approved and reimbursed by the carrier.
If a replacement is unavailable, FLX may:
Offer an exchange, or
Provide a refund for the item value
