Shipping & Delivery Shipping timeframes are estimates only FLX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch Customers are responsible for: Providing accurate shipping details Any additional costs for refused, unclaimed, or incorrect deliveries Additional charges and/or a 20% restocking fee may apply to returned shipments. 5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to our separate policies. Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer and are subject to their approval Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise required by law A general warranty period of 12 months applies to manufacturing defects only. Product Use & Liability All products are used at the customer’s own risk FLX is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of products Customers must: Follow all installation instructions Seek professional installation where required Some products may be: Intended for off-road or off-highway use only Not compliant with local road laws It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: FLX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law. 8. International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees These charges are the responsibility of the customer If a shipment is refused: The customer is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping and customs fees 9. Intellectual Property All content on the FLX website, including branding, images, and product designs, is the property of FLX and may not be used or reproduced without permission. 10.
